Pizza is Italian food, but it is eaten and loved in all countries of the world today, no country is untouched by pizza. In all countries, the name pizza makes people's mouths water, especially children. Anyway, pizza is easily available in the market, but we had to spend a lot of money for it. Pizza is also available in the market for less money but it doesn't have good quality food, and it's not okay to play with your health for money. Pizza is junk food, which cannot be eaten every day, it uses a lot of flour and cheese, which makes eating heavy. Making pizza at home is very easy and very tasty. Today, I will teach you how to make three types of pizza named simple pizza, bread pizza and folded pizza. I will tell you how to make pizza in both microwave and gas.

How to make pizza at home?


Before start cooking any food, wash hand and wear gloves.

1. Simple pizza:


Now I will tell you how to make simple pizza in both gas and oven. To make simple pizza, you must first base it or buy it from the market. If you want to make pizza soon, you can get pizza base from the market. Today we make our own pizza base.

  • Preparation time for other recipes —15 min minutes
  • Cooking time — 15 min minutes

Recipe for making simple pizza -


Below are the recipes required for making simple pizza.

First we need to make Simple pizza base. Let's start to make simple pizza base.

Recipe for simple pizza base:

  • All-purpose flour — 2 cups 
  • Sugar — 1 teaspoon
  • Yeast — 1 teaspoon
  • Salt as required 
  • Olive oil — 2 table spoons

  1. First put the flour in a bowl and mix the yeast, salt, sugar and olive oil well.
  2. Then add cold water to this mixture and whisk it well for 5--7 minutes and make it smooth.
  3. Now put the dough in a bowl with light oil and cover it and keep it for 2 hours.
  4. After 2 hours, check the dough, if the dough has risen to the top, then it is ready to make simple pizza.
  5. After ready simple pizza base, break the dough in half and make a round dough and wrap it in dry flour and make a thick vine. Now the pizza base is ready.

  • Shejwan sauce — ½ cup
  • Tomato sauce — ½ Cup
  • Thin and long chopped capsicum — ½ Cup
  • Thin and long chopped cabbage — 1 cup 
  • Thinly waxed onion — ¾ cup
  • Boiled sweet corn — ½ cup
  • Black pepper — 2 tea spoons
  • Salt as required
  • Chilis flakes — 1 tea spoon
  • Mozzarella cheese — 1 cup 
  • Oil — 2 table spoons
  • shredded cheese — ½ cup
  • Lemon juice — 2 tea spoons

How to make simple pizza on gas?

Let's start to make simple pizza on gas -

  1. First heat oil in a pan, then add onion, after 1 minute add cabbage and capsicum. Allow cooking on high flame, after 1-2 minutes add sweet corn, chills powder and salt.
  2. Then add 1 teaspoon sagewan sauce, 2 teaspoons tomato sauce, 1 teaspoon chili flakes.
  3. Now heat a thick pan, apply oil with the help of a brush.
  4. Then put the pizza base in it and heat it for 5 minutes, now spread the prepared mixture of vegetables in it, add ½ cup cheese on top.
  5. Cover and cook over medium heat for ½ to 1 minutes until the cheese melts.
  6. Now take it out on the plate.
  7. Simple pizza is ready. Cut it into four parts and serve with the sauce.

How to make simple pizza on microwave?

Let's start to make simple pizza on microwave -

  1. First take a bowl, then mix well onion, capsicum, cabbage, sweet corn, salt, lemon juice, black pepper and chills flakes. Now take a deep breath first on the pizza base.
  2. Now spread the vegetable mixture in it. Spread the shredded mozzarella cheese on it.
  3. Then preheat the oven for 5 minutes, put the pizza in it and bake it in the microwave for 8-10 minutes.
  4. After,  8-10 minutes remove it from microwave.
  5. Now simple pizza is ready, cut it into 4 pieces and serve it with tomato sauce.

Let's make also pizza pop: 

  1. Cut the pizza base into small round shapes with the help of a round lid.
  2. Then place the vegetables in it and cook it in the microwave.
  3. After cooking take them out and place an ice cream stick in the middle.
  4. Pizza pop ready.

2. Bread pizza:

Bread pizza is a very easy and quick recipe, made faster than other pizza and does not harm health.

Quantity for 4 people:

  • Preparation time for this — 15 min minutes
  • Cooking time — 15 min minutes

Recipe for making bread pizza -


Below are the recipes required for making bread pizza.

Bread pizza recipes:

  • Bread — 10 pieces
  • Semolina -1 cup
  • Milk — 1 cup 
  • Capsicum — 1 cup 
  • Fine chopped onion — 1 tablespoon
  • Fine chopped green chilies — 1 tablespoon Tomato — 2 tablespoons
  • Boiled sweet corn — 2 tablespoons
  • Fine chopped cabbage — ½ bowl
  • Black pepper powder — 2 tea spoons
  • Salt as required
  • Ghee — 2 tablespoons
  • Mozzarella cheese — 1 cup 
  • Ground tomato sauce — 2 tablespoons

Let's start to make bread pizza.

Method of making bread pizza:


  1. First put semolina and milk in a bowl, soak the semolina completely with milk and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
  2. Now mix the capsicum, onion, tomato, cabbage, green chills, sweet corn, salt and pepper powder well.
  3. Then take out the edges of 3-4 loaves of bread (you can also use brown bread here) and spread this mixture on it, spread cheese on it.
  4. Preheat the microwave for 5 minutes in the oven mode, now spread the ghee in the microwave tray, put the bread in it.
  5. Then microwave it for 10 minutes.
  6. After, 10 minutes bread pizza is ready.
  7. Cut it into triangle shape and serve hot with sauce.

3. Folded pizza: 


How to make folded pizza?

Recipes for folded pizza:


  • Flour — 4 table spoons
  • Szewan sauce — ½ cup
  • Tomato Sauce — ½ Cup
  • Thin and long chopped capsicum — ½ cup
  • Thin and long chopped Cabbage — 1 cup 
  • Thinly waxed Onion — ¾ cup
  • Boiled weet Corn — ½ cup
  • Black pepper — 2 tea spoons
  • Salt as required
  • Chilis flakes — 1 teach spoon
  • Mozzarella cheese — 1 cup
  • Oil — 1 table spoon

Let's start to make folded pizza -

  1. First of all, knead the soft dough by adding a little salt to the flour and applying light moyan.
  2. Cover it with a wet cloth and keep it for 10-15 minutes. 
  3. Now prepare the spices of all the vegetables according to the method mentioned above.
  4. Now take a large round dough and roll it into a big round ½ inch thick.
  5. Cut a small round shape.
  6. Preheat the microwave for 5 min.
  7. Then take a microwave tray, put a round shape of preheat base on it, spread sagewan sauce in it.
  8. Place a mixture of vegetables in the center from the top, add a little cheese.
  9. Fold it in the center, brushing the oil all over.
  10. Put on microwave in oven mode for 10 min.
  11. After, 10 minutes remove it from microwave.
  12. Now folded pizza is ready and serve hot.
After cooking, clean your sink and cooking area.
