It is a delicious dessert that was first made in England, then gradually it became popular in the world. If you like some dessert after lunch and dinner then definitely try it. You can easily make it at home. You can also get compliments by making it a kitty party, birthday party or any special occasion. Of course, everyone's face turns to water when they see this dessert. So let us know about the easy apple pie in a pressure cooker recipe.

Apple fruit is a unique and wonderful fruit provided by nature as a blessing to us. They contain a lot of essential nutrients and vitamins which should be a part of every person's daily diet. The more beautiful an apple looks, the more it is full of medicinal properties. There are many types of apple when it comes to it. Red apples which are very common are green apple which is sour and sweet in taste. 

Green apples have been considered good for health for a long time. They are innately loaded with a variety of essential nutrients such as protein, vitamins, minerals and fibre. They are known to provide relief from digestive disorders. Apples are very effective in lowering blood cholesterol and blood pressure, keeping blood sugar levels stable and improving appetite. But everyone should be careful in choosing and keeping it. When you are buying apples, take a solid look at them. Apples should be brightly coloured with no bruises or damaged. Keep green apples in your fridge. Place the apples in a plastic bag with holes, sprinkle some water over them in the coldest place of fizz. This way your apples will stay fresh for two to three weeks.

All-purpose flour also is known as refined flour or ordinary flour. It is made by removing the brown coating of wheat grains. It is then milled, refined and bleached. It is very common in food all over the world especially in many pieces of bread. It is commonly used in baking cakes, pies, desserts and various other foods. It is white and powdered which is different from whole wheat flour which is creamy and granular.

How to make easy apple pie in a pressure cooker?


In my previous articles, I told you how to make simple pizza, simple vegetarian biryani and quick spaghetti pasta. Today I am going to make apple pie in two ways. The first easy apple pie in a pressure cooker and the second in the oven. I will tell you a simple method to cook at home.

Let's start the first one easy apple pie in a pressure cooker.

Time: 30 Minutes To 1 Hour

Recipes:

  • All-purpose flour — 2 cups
  • Butter — 4 tbs
  • Cold water — little
  • Sugar powder — 70 grams
  • Lemon — 1/2 piece
  • Grated orange zest — 1 tbs
  • Cinnamon powder — 1/2 tsp
  • Baking powder — 1 pinch
  • Apple — 4 pieces

Method: 

I have 3 steps to make easy apple pie in a pressure cooker:

Let's start the 1st step:

  • First, wash your hands with soap and wear gloves.
  • Peel the all apple and cut into the small chunks.
  • Take one pan and put butter in the pan. 
  • After, melt butter, add apple chunks and sugar then mix well.
  • Make sure that all apple chunks a coated with sugar, this apple cook for around 5 minutes until the apple juice releasing.
  • after, releasing the apple juice separate the apple cube in a bowl.
  • Until the juice evaporate stir continuously for 5 minutes. 
  • After, 5 minutes add separated apple cubs and saute nicely.
  • Add lemon juice to counter the sweetness, add orange zest and cinnamon powder then mix nicely. 
  • Turn Off gas and add little bit corn flour adjust the consistency and put on the side.

2nd step:

  • Now, take 2 cups all-purpose flour in a bowl, add 1 tsp salt and add a pinch of baking powder and mix well.

  • Then, add chilled butter cubs and take a small amount of mixture rub it in your fingertips and thumbs. Keep rubbing until the mixture looks like breadcrumbs.
  • Add chilled water, do not put much water and make little hard dough.
  • Grace the pin tin with melted butter.
  • Put some flour rolling out the dough.
  • After, rolling the dough, transfer the dough into the pie tin. Press it all sides and prick the base with a fork.

  • Place the apple on pie base. Make sure not too much liquid goes into the pai.

  • Roll out one more dough and cut it evenly into the strip.

  • Place each strip on top. Should be a gap in each strip. Apple pie is ready for bake. Cut the execs dough from the side and make it nice.

3rd step:

  • Now, preheat pressure cooker with 2 cups salt for 8 minutes on high flame. 
  • After, 8 minutes place small stand and place the pai tin in cooker.

  • Close cooker without whistle. Bake until 5 minutes. 
  • After, 5 minutes of grace the pan with melted butter. Then closed the cooker without a whistle and cook for 45 minutes on low flame. 
  • After, 45 minutes open cooker and let be cool for a few minutes. Then remove the pan tin from the cooker. 
  • Remove the apple pie from pie tin with the help of a knife.

Now, the apple pie is ready to eat. You can serve also with vanilla ice cream.

How to make easy apple pie in the oven?

Recipes: 

  • Apple — 4
  • All-purpose flour — 250 grams
  • Butter — 250 grams
  • Sugar — 4 spoons
  • Milk — 1 cup (0.24 l)
  • Cinnamon — 1 spoon
  • Salt — 1/4 spoon
  • Baking powder — 1 pinch
  • Vanilla extract — 2 spoons
  • Nutmeg — 1/2 spoon
  • Almond — 2 spoons
  • raisins — 2 spoons
  • Tart Mold (utensils for pie making)

Methods: 

  1. First, wash Your hands and wear gloves.
  2. Peel an apple and grate it into small pieces.
  3. Next, add refined flour, baking powder and half butter to the bowl to make a thick dough.
  4. Now spread it well in the tart mould and leave it for a while.
  5. Now add the remaining butter, sugar, cinnamon, almonds, raisins and milk to another bowl and mix well.
  6. Add apple slices and vanilla extract to this mixture. Now put this mixture in the tart mould and spread it well and spread it evenly all over.
  7. Now over medium heat preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Next, place the tart mould in it for 30 minutes.
  8. After 30 minutes, take it out of the oven and let it cool for a while, then serve the delicious apple pie after it cools down.

Remember to apply light butter or oil to the tart mould to keep it sticky.
